You will then be connected to your calling party. You don’t need to enter a PIN Number once you sign up for an account. Since there is no contract you can choose how long you want to use Pinless4ever.com.

A: Pinless4ever.com currently does not support conference calling.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Q: What will my account summary be like?
A: By accessing your account summary you will be able to view up-to-the-minute information about your account number, balance, call records, and PIN(s).

Q: What will my Call Detail Report (DCR) look like?
A: Your CDR will give you the date, time, rate, duration, cost, and origination number for each call you have made on your PIN(s) number(s). It will display call activity for the previous three (3) months.

Q: What if I need a CDR that more than three (3) months old?
A: The following service fees apply to archived CDR requests: Within eighteen (18) months from the request date there shall be a $3.00 charge. Beyond eighteen (18) months from the request date there shall be a $7.00 charge. Within eighteen (18) months from the request date with special request format there shall be a $7.00 charge. Beyond eighteen (18) months from the request date with special request format there shall be a $12.00 charge. CDR’s will be sent to you using the Excel format if you request the CDR be sent to you via e-mail. You can also request that the CDR be faxed to you. We recommend you keep your own record of CDR(s) by printing or saving them on your computer.

Q: What if I believe there is an error on my account?
A: If you have reason to believe that an error was made on your account, please contact customer service at support@pinless4ever.com and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Q: How do I log in?
A: You may log in to Pinless4ever.com by going to the Home page or the My Account page and entering your username and password.

Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘I forgot my password’ button. Follow the reset password procedures, and provide correct information on each step. For added security Pinless4ever.com does not store customer’s password information on our database.

A: Please verify your log in name and password, if you are unsure of your login information; please click on ‘Problems Signing In” near the login fields. If you receive an Error Message regarding a pending payment, it means that we have not received your payment from your choice of payment method during the sign-up process. Q: How do I use Pinless4ever.com to make a call?
A: If you are calling from the continental United States you can use either a Toll-Free Access number or a Local Access number in your area, you can find these access numbers on the Access Numbers page of the web site. With our ANI service there is no need to enter a PIN number, our system will automatically recognize your phone number and prompt you to enter your destination number.

Tips when using our network:

  • To redial the last number you called, press 99#. This only works while you are still connected to our system
  • We do not provide services such as *69 and *67 and you cannot use our network to call toll-free access numbers.
  • Cell Phone Users: After you dial the destination number following the voice prompt, do not press any other. If you press the “send” or “call” button on your cellular phone after dialing the number you wish to call, you might get charged from your Mobile Service Provider for the call. Pinless4ever.com is not responsible for charges incurred on your cellular phone.
  • To ensure that you do not get charged for international phone calls by your Mobile Service Provider we recommend that you terminate your Long Distance plan with your Mobile Service Provider. You may also do the same with your landline phone, but keep in mind that you will not be able to make international calls directly through your service provider.
  • Q: Does Pinless4ever.com work from a rotary phone?
    A: You may only use a touchtone phone, such as a cell phone or a home phone with the touchtone feature; rotary phones do not work on our network.

    Q: Can I use Pinless4ever.com from a payphone?
    A: Yes, you can use our Toll-Free Access number and your PIN to make calls from a payphone. But please keep in mind that the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) requires that companies that operate pay phones attach a surcharge for their services. Operator Services are typically associated with the following: Commercial Phone Line Systems, College dormitory phones, Hotel phones, and Public Pay Phones. You will see the surcharge, normally two dollars ($2), on your most recent call detail record.

    Q: How is my call usage calculated?
    A: We charge your account(s) by the minute, partial minutes are rounded up to the next full minute.

    Q: When I reach my credit limit will my call be disconnected?
    A: Yes, you will receive a voice notification when you have one minute of call time remaining. When that minute is done your call will be terminated. We recommend you keep your account up to date by adding minutes as often as need be.

    Q: What if I want to call another State?
    A: When you use our toll-free or local access numbers, our rate for state to state calls is the same as our in-state calls.

    Q: Do I need to notify my current long-distance carrier or my local phone company
    to let them know I am using Pinless4ever.com?

    A: No, you do not need to contact your local or long distance telephone service provider to let them know you are using Pinless4ever.com.

    Q: How does your network handle calls that aren’t answered of calls that result in a busy signal?
    A: No, however, if you are ever charged for a call that was not answered or for a call that results in a busy signal you can call customer service at 1-888-315-8201, and we will credit your account promptly.

    A: For each PIN number account you can have up to 5 phone numbers, including cell phone numbers.
